Arbella's Store Returns and Refunds Policy
At Arbella's Store, we care about your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your
purchase, you can return the product for a refund by following our easy returns process. Our goal

all legal regulations of the United States of America.

We want you to feel completely safe when shopping at Arbella's Store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can proceed to return the item for the first time and request a refund for each type of product to be returned for the first time. This process is designed to be transparent and easy, ensuring that all returns are handled in accordance with our internal policies and applicable laws.

1- How can I make a return?
You can make a return request by following these steps: Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store navigation or go to the refund policy or a returns page, Then
request a return Check your Arbella's Store account;

Sign in to your account:
I. In the "Email" field, enter your email address and then click "Continue."
II. In your email account, open the email that was sent from our store and
copy the six-digit verification code that appears there.
III. Return to the online store and then enter the six-digit verification code.
IV. Click on the order for which you want to send the return.
V. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return
VI. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Submit Request."
VII. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After returning the product, you will receive a refund.
VIII. Check your Arbella's Store account. In the application to request a refund.

IX. Ship the package back from your UPS or USPS location further close.
X. Please make sure your return package is sealed within 15 days after your purchase and/and send the return, otherwise, the return process will be canceled.
XI. The return label we provide only works if you are shipping within the United States (security restricted areas and military bases are excluded, not applicable).
2- Is return shipping free?
Return shipping is free on the first return of each order Ina within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you request a return, to you as a loyal customer, Arbella's Store may offer you the opportunity to obtain a partial refund without having to return the item(s). If the response is positive or accepted by the customer and/or offered by the seller, and both parties reach the same agreement; he will automatically deduct a free return from the number of returns. Free available for this order. It's excellent!
If you have already returned items from an order and wish to return additional items from that same order, you can still do so as long as the 30-day period has not expired.
We recommend that you try to return items in a single shipment to avoid paying additional fees. We also contribute to minimizing the Environmental Impact of multiple returns.
For the second and subsequent refunds on the same order, you can use the return label we provided
and pay a shipping fee of $6.99, which will be deducted
from your refund.
3. Can I return any product I have purchased at Arbella's Store?
Almost all items you purchased at Arbella's Store can be returned and refunded
if they are not to your liking, with only a few exceptions:
clothing items that have been worn not accepted for refund, washed or damaged after accepted; or
from which hygiene labels or stickers have been removed. Undergarments, swimsuits, among others for personal use that have been used. Food and grocery products do not qualify for returns and

4. How long do I have before making a return?
If an item qualifies for return and refund, you can return it within the 30-day return window from
the day of purchase.
You must return the package within 10 days from the date of submitting the return request in the
return window. You will not be able to return an item once
the 30-day period has passed, calculated from the date of purchase.
5. Refunds
I. For refunds on returned items, we will process your refunds after the items arrive at our company
and pass the inspection of quality.
II. For refund of lost or undelivered items, please choose the corresponding reason after clicking
"Return/ Other Help" to request a refund or talk to our customer service staff for help.
The delivery person's tracking information indicates whether an item has been delivered or No.
III. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 5 to
14 business days (up to 30 days) to be credited to your original payment account. The original
shipping fee is non-refundable if the return is not the result of Arbella's Store or supplier
error. Insurance costs, if any, are also non-refundable.
6. Refund period
Once we issue the refund, it takes additional time for the financial institution to make
the funds available in your account. (5 – 14 days).
7. Notice
I. The return address listed on the package is NOT the return address. If you send the return package to that address, your return processing time may be delayed. Simply send the return package to the address on the return label we provide.
II. Make sure you do NOT accidentally include any items in your return package that you do not wish to return. If you accidentally listed the wrong item, please contact Customer Service. We cannot promise that incorrect items will be found and returned, and we do not stock or provide refunds for such items.
