Shipping policy
At Arbella's, we are committed to offering you an exceptional shopping experience. All of our orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping method selected, but generally range between 5-15 business days for domestic shipments and 10-25 business days for international shipments. We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can track the status of your delivery in real time.
At Arbella's, we offer free shipping on orders over $65 within the national territory. For international orders and those that do not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase, based on the destination and package weight. If you experience any delays or problems with your shipment, our customer service team is available to assist you and ensure that your experience with Arbella's is satisfactory. LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Click "continue
Send button". Local delivery is available for addresses within 30 miles of our store.
If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 8:00 am during store hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered the day after we open.
When your order is ready to be delivered, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is not unused and in its original condition.
